Although you have had PropertyWare in place for some time, it has not been until fairly recently that I have taken the time to learn how to most effectively use it . Given the volume of documents - -and transactions -- in running your business, I can easily understand why it is so useful -- and money-saving to you. However, for the same reasons, I also am pleased that you have it. For years I filled files w/ paper records and communications that are now readily available to me through my portal A/C......And, if I want a hard copy for some reason, I simply print it out. One thing that has helped me is the prompt and useful assistance I've received from Kristina and Sally as I was moving up the learning curve.
