Mountain Manager & Associates is committed to making your search for a new home as easy as possible. Search our data base for available properties to see homes that may fit your needs.
Once you find the perfect home, you will submit an application for each adult (18 years or older) that will occupy the home along with a $40 non-refundable application fee.
All applications are processed on the order in which they are received. We will run a credit report, verify current and former employment, verify income and verify your current and former addresses. Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, disability or handicap, familial status, or national origin.
Once your application is approved it will be necessary to pay first month’s rent plus the security deposit. You will need to have all utilities placed in your name and show proof before keys will be turned over to you.
Renting from a licensed property manager has distinct advantages for you as a tenant. For one thing, your security deposit is held by us in trust account with United Community Bank not the owner unless we specify it in the lease. With us holding the deposit we are required by law to be fair and honest and uphold the lease no matter who benefits.
