Large upstairs Master BR and BA with queen bed. Second upstairs bedroom w/bunk beds and bathroom across the hall.
Downstairs BR/Bathroom combo, with 2 bathroom entrances. Large downstairs area set up with table for card & board games, TV/Living area and sleeping area with twin beds. Futon and sleeper sofa provide extra sleeping options.

If there are over 4 guests there is an additional cleaning fee of $35.
