 Lakefront Home with Dock. Large living area for family get togethers. Bring your boat and stay for a month. This is a comfortable home and perfect for family fun. Go out the back door and you are on the lake! Close to Hiawassee and Fieldstone Resort and Marina.

This is a premium property decorated in what the owners call "Bear and Moose lodge style" with all new furnishings, outstanding mountain and lake views plus a dock just steps below on Lake Chatuge. Everything from the furniture, beds, TV, down to the knives, forks and spoons is brand new! The sleeping arrangements is a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and a pull out sofa, so it could sleep up to 6 people, but would be more comfortable with up to 4.

This property has a very relaxing mountain and lake views, you can even see Brasstown Bald Mountain (the highest mountain in Georgia) from your rocking chair screened in porch. You are in town with Hiawassee water and sewer and just minutes from Dairy Queen, Freds, Movie Gallery, etc. and all the close by conveniences.

This property has it all. 2 bedroom cottage overlooking the lake with a shared dock. Other owners not there very often so usually you have the dock to yourself.

This property is also a nice compliment to our #4 home. It is just up the hill from House #4.
